A Study Of Vocational Adaption Level Of The College Student-Turned Officials

"College student-turned officials" plan is one of the important measures to guide and encourage college graduates to face grass-root obtain employment under the background of new rural construction. "College student-turned officials" plan has been widely concerned by the whole society, as it was started pilot implementation. College student-turned officials, however, as newcomers, still have many problems during working in rural areas.Taking college student-turned officials of Hubei province as an example, and based on the questionnaire survey and interview method, this thesis described the vocational adaption level of the college student-turned officials, and discussed the factors. And the main conclusions are as follows:First, from the overall, the vocational adaption level of the college student-turned officials lies in the medium level. In contrast to the technology adaptation level and the relation adaptation level, the psychology adaptation level is lower, and the relation adaptation level is the highest of the three.Second, the correlation analysis of the vocational adaption level of the college student-turned officials shows that, their basic socialization will affect their vocational adaption level. And family location, educational background and working experience are the facts.Third, the correlation analysis of the vocational adaption level of the college student-turned officials also shows that, the social support of the college student-turned officials get from working environment have much more influence on their vocational adaption level. And the facts are parents' attitude, the vocational training, the leader value their work, in-depth exchange of views with local cadre and the vocational prestige of the job.And from the perspective of socialization theories, the college student-turned officials'resocialization process, is not only influenced by their basic socialization, and its determined by the environment of resocialization, these two aspects decided their vocational adaption level.Finally, this thesis puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote a high vocational adaption level of the college student-turned officials.
