The Research On College Student Village Official Operational System In Dujiangyan City

In recent years,in order to enrich the grass-roots forces of the "two committees" in rural areas,provide students with opportunities to practice social exercise and alleviate employment difficulties,the state has set up a policy of letting students work in villages as "village officials",and given some preferential support measures.The Dujiangyan Municipal Committee and government of Sichuan Province attaches great importance to this work.Every year,it promulgates an entrance examination plan,arranges some college students to work in rural areas at the grass-roots level,and strengthens the work force of grass-roots party organizations and administrative villages in rural areas.At present,Dujiangyan City,in accordance with the decision-making and deployment of the central State Council,the provincial government of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the municipal government of Chengdu Municipal Committee,fully promotes the construction of new rural areas,It is an important part of the construction of the new countryside in Dujiangyan City.This paper is divided into seven chapters: The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly elaborates the research background,research status at home and abroad,research significance and research methods.Mainly explained that after the formulation of the policy of university student village officials in the country,there are some problems in system running in many places,Dujiangyan area is no exception.The second chapter is about the definition of related concepts and basic theories.After explaining the basic concepts of this paper,the author mainly through the basic theory of management,to find some solutions for the local Party committee government in the management of college students village officials.The third chapter is about the investigation and design of the current situation of the system operation of university student village officials in Dujiangyan,based on the basic situation of Dujiangyan area and the research journals of some experts and scholars,the author formulated a questionnaire and interview.In order to carry out an effective and comprehensive survey,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on College students,local villagers and village cadres.The quality of the questionnaire design was also analyzed through reliability and validity.Chapter IV is the investigation and analysis of the construction of university student village officials in Dujiangyan City.The main purpose is to analyzethe data of the questionnaire,understand the overall situation of the questionnaire,and compare it with the previous survey hypothesis.After the investigation,it is found that the local Party committee and government basically conscientiously carried out the superior’s related work.However,there are still some problems in the process of policy implementation.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the problems existing in the construction of the college student village official team in Dujiangyan.It mainly analyses the problems from the aspects of concept,formulation and matching.The sixth chapter is mainly about the countermeasures to solve the problem,mainly from the government and university students to work together to find specific ways to solve the problem.On the one hand,from the perspective of the government,we should change the way of recruiting college students as village officials,recruit college students who intend to take root in the countryside into the ranks of village officials,and strengthen the training of these students to improve their ability to deal with grass-roots problems,improve their wages and salaries,improve the evaluation mechanism,and do a good job in the future employment guidance.On the other hand,college students themselves should correct their working and learning attitudes,improve their working ability,strengthen the sense of serving the people,and adapt themselves to their jobs.
