Research On Influencing Factors Of Vocational Adaptability For Student Village Officials

"The student village official" policy, is an important decision of the CentralCommittee of the party with a long-term strategic value. However, as a new thing, it is stillin the exploring and perfecting stage in general. To achieve the vocational adaptability forstudent village officials is the key to insuring the policy effective execution and andcontributing their efforts for the construction of new countryside.Based on the review of organizational socialization theory, occupational adaptationtheory and the present situation focus of "student village official", this thesis makesspecific analysis and practical discussion about organizational socialization tactics’ effecton the occupational adaptability of student village officials through using the combinationmethod of theory and empirical study. The research methods of this thesis includeliterature research, questionnaire survey and case interviews etc. The data statisticalmethods include exploratory factor analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, varianceanalysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model testing.This thesis try to do some theoretical discussion on the relationship betweenorganizational socialization tactics and the occupational adaptability of student villageofficials in a certain extent,and make some effective suggestions to how to improve theoccupational adaptability of university student village officials. Through a questionnairesurvey to243"college-graduate village officials", this study has obtained the followingresults: there is a significant positive relationship among the individual active adaptationstrategy, organizational support strategies and "college-graduate village official"’soccupational adaptability. Based on the conclusion of the study, this thesis gives somepolicy suggestions both from the perspective of university student village officialindividuals and organizations of the grass-roots level, and hopes that it can be helpful andsupportive to improve the occupational adaptability of university student village officiales.
