Objective The study is aimed at discussing on structural dimensions and content of the psychological contract of graduating college students, developing a specially designed psychological questionnaire for them, and exam the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Methods By literature study and analysis, the psychological contract of graduating college students was summarized. After semi-structural interviews and summaries of the questionnaire items, forecasting questionnaire was developed and surveyed to a small sample, which was revised according to the results of the survey and formulated into the initial questionnaire. The survey on the sample1was conducted then. Inappropriate questions were deleted through exploratory factor analysis, and the formal questionnaire was developed. The reliability and validity of the scale was examined. Structural rationality of the questionnaire was further examined through the survey on the sample2.Results (1)Formal questionnaire includes2parts. The part of organizational responsibility consists of18items and the other part of individual responsibility consists of17items.(2)Factor analysis on the structure suggested that the psychological contract's2parts each has3factors:reality responsibility, development responsibility and concept responsibility. The part of organizational responsibility's factors explain43.39%of the total variance respectively. The part of individual responsibility's factors explain53.25%.(3)In the part of organizational responsibility, the test-retest reliability of total scale was0.863; The Cronbach'a coefficient was0.861; the split-half reliability was0.792(p<0.01). These3values were0.897,0.853,0.774(p<0.01) in the part of individual responsibility.(4)The Confirmatory Factor Analysis results indicated that data with the theoretical model fitted better. In the part of organizational responsibility, Values were as follows,χ2/df:1.79, RMSEA:0.058, RMR:0.062, GFI:0.90, AGFI:0.87, NFI:0.89, CFI:0.95. In the part of individual responsibility, Values were as follows,χ2/df:2.48, RMSEA:0.078, RMR:0.057, GFI:0.88, AGFI:0.84, NFI:0.93, CFI:0.96.Conclusions The research completed the formulation of the psychological contract questionnaire on graduating college students. The research suggested that the prediction of the structural dimensions of the questionnaire agreed with the final results, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire also met the psychological measuring needs. Therefore, the questionnaire could be a simple and practical measuring tool, and take efficient advantage of the questionnaire and college students' employment guidance.
