The Analysis On The Psychological Condition And Effective Factors Of The Medical College Students

Object To analyse the factors which would influence the psychological health of the college student by using Multiple Linear Regression, To explore the psychological condition of the college students and the degree of these factors which work on them. Provide the sound,scientific preventive and intervene meatures to universitise,psychologists and the related deparment, to promote the psychological health of the college students.Methods 1128 college students are selected by cluster random sampling accepted a questionnaire investigation,the students are college student from two medical colleges in Guangzhou. Firstly, get through the basic condition of the students by Descriptives; Secondly, to explore corellations between the effective factors and psychological health of the students, and the degree how these fators work on them, and build up a regression model.Results 24.9% positive rate are examined among the students, most obvious symptoms are Obsessive compulsive, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and attached items; the factor of Paranoid, somatization, phobia, psychotc, hostility are less effective. Through the Multiple Linear Regression, the sixe factors of N score,E score and P score from EPQ, study pression, healthy adaptation factors from LES and references from self-designed psycho- questionnaire, are selected into the regression model, which can illustrate 43.6% how effective fators influence their psychological health.Conclusion The psychological health level of the sample in this investigation are higher the the youth national norm and college student national norm, but lower that national norm. the scores of subjective support, subjective support , support availability from SSRS are much lower the the national norm. The psychological health level of the college students are not optimistic in present China. Therefore, the psychologists and the educators in universitise should pay more attention to the psychological health of the college students,establish a sound,scientific preventive and intervene system, raise their psychological health level, help the college student grow up to be a high educatived, high-calibre,and the real psychological-health talent .
