Study On The Relationship Between Psychological Capital,Psychological Contract Situation And Implicit Altruistic Behavior Of College Students

This study investigates college students' implicit altruistic behavior from the perspective of psychological capital development and situation of psychological contract,playing an important theoretical and practical meaning to the innovation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,the college students' self development and social progress and harmony.The research objects were 1116 undergraduate and graduate students from four colleges and universities in Tianjin,60 students(including postgraduates)in Tianjin University of Technology and Education and 180 screened undergraduate and graduate students in Tianjin University of Technology and Education.By adopting the methods of questionnaire and experiment,the current situation of psychological capital of college students,the influences of demographic variables including gender,grade and major as well as the influences of implicit &altruistic behaviors were researched.Further on,the relationships among psychological capital,psychological contract situation and implicit & altruistic behaviors were revealed.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The college students have a high level of psychological capital on the whole,which could be arranged by the level of the six dimensions of the score as gratitude,hope,confidence,cooperation,optimism and resilience;2.Psychological capital varies according to six variables of grade,major,family economic situation,family member relationship,whether the student is student cadre or not and interpersonal relationship;in terms of grade,each dimension was significantly different;in terms of major,the differences in hope and optimism were significant;in terms of gender,the differences in confidence,optimism and gratitude were significant;in terms of source place of students,the differences in the dimension of confidence were significant;in terms of whether the student is the only child in his/her family or not,the differences in confidence and gratitude were significant;in terms of family economic condition,the differences in hope,confidence,optimism and tenacity were significant;in terms of family member relationship,whether the student is student cadre or not and interpersonal relationship,each dimension was significantly different.3.The college students showed obvious implicit altruistic behavior,and Implicit altruistic behavior doesn't have great difference in the demographic variables;4.The two variables of psychological capital and psychological contract situation of college students have the main effect on implicit altruistic behavior.That is,the psychological capital of college students directly affects the implicit altruistic behavior,and the psychological contract situation directly influences the implicit altruistic behavior of college students;5.The two variables of psychological capital and psychological contract situation have interaction effect on implicit altruism.Namely,the psychological capital and the psychological contract situation interaction influence the implicit altruistic behavior.Suggestion: On the one hand,we should focus on developing college students' psychological capital,promoting college students' the qualities of hope,confidence,cooperation,optimism,tenacity and gratitude and improving college students' family relationship and dynamic,interpersonal relationship and the level of practice.On the other hand,we should focus on creating the situation of performance of the psychological contract,paying attention to prevent the psychological contract violation.
