| Learning Burnout refers to students in the school environment, facing the huge task of learning under the long-term stress, affect the psychological changes, resulting in learning to escape and other negative behaviors. In this dissertation, we analyze the291students in Sichuan Normal University, Chengdu Independent Academy about the real Learning Burnout state. And then arrange Learning Burnout scores in decending order form, the scores are divided into Learning Burnout low-score grouping and Learning Burnout high-score grouping. Among them, respectively selecting the number of10%students as interviewees, they are30students which selected from different grades and at different levels, in order to identify the impact of independent academy students in Learning Burnout factors and effective coping styles, propocing the effective recommendations. The results show that: boys Learning Burnout score have higher scores than girls; senior students are higher than sophomore in the dimension of misbehavior and depression; there exists marked difference in total scores and in the dimension of low sense of achievement and depression about learning burnout among disciplines:science students scored lower than the liberal arts students; college students get lowest scores in total scores and in the dimension of misbehavior and depression between, undergraduate students get lowest scores in the dimension of low sense of achievement; the factors of influence about Learning Burnout of independent academy students are many, including the external factors(family, school and society) as well as many internal factors, we need the common development of all aspects of the state and society, schools, families, individuals to effectively reduce the independent academy students'Learning Burnout. |
