| To explore the effect of group counseling on development of time management disposition in civilian-run colleges freshman, this thesis makes an appropriative group counseling program, and put it into practice through implementing this program. After evaluating its effect, this thesis tries to explore some feasible ways to improve the lever of the civilian-run college freshman'time management disposition.Firstly, the study learns levels of time management disposition and some information by interviewing and investigating freshman. And then, according to the interview and measuring results,24freshmen were chosen as subjects. They were divided into two random groups (experiment group and control group), and every group has12members. After that, the experiment group accepted the group counseling for8times while the control group did not accept any Intervening program. This thesis use of "Adolescence Time Manage—ment Disposition Scale"as an evaluation tool in before and after test and tracing test. Lastly, this thesis made an evaluation of the effect of this group counseling from many aspects through the results of comparison of difference, the assessment of the group members and observation of the group-leader.Results of this research:1. The experiment group post-test scores was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05) in time management disposition.2. The analysis of tracking test, former and the later test results with the experiment group shows the effects of the group counseling.3. The assessment of the group members and observation of the group-leader shows the group counseling is a feasible way to improve the lever of freshman's time management disposition in civilian-run college. |
