With the use of high frequency, color words are used to describe the objective world of color. This paper introduces the" red" in Chinese and English" red" the same cultural connotation, namely red, success, happiness, beauty, grand, auspicious, danger and warning; Chinese" red" has unique cultural connotation, named with political overtones, such as" red"," both red and expert"; English" red" has unique cultural connotation, named the" major"," bloody"," evil". This difference was caused by different sources, different religious beliefs as well as Chinese and Western ways of thinking.Students learning color words in the process, prone to error, by collecting the HSK dynamic composition corpus, collected the students studying in Chinese writing process using" red" bias paradigm, and the" red" error model analysis, obtaining the student learning color word "red" produce errors.
