The Qai'an Communes Movement is the product of the high tide of the National Country Movement and according to the central requirement executive the national policy from the Central Government to the local government, which brought far-reaching influence upon the locals. The outcome of the Movement brought into being the establishment of the "People's Communes System", put the "public canteens "into practice, founded up the "Socialism welfare", replaced the Household as a unit of individual lifestyle with Collectivization lifestyle.Under the collectivization, there had been a large scale of Production and Construction Movements, which changed the local production conditions in some degree, and it was of great effects. However, the Commune had much insignificance like the"Commune Together, boasting and exaggeration as well as blind directing", therefore; it had to be ended up with failure. Though short the movement last, it had so great influence, for it can provide today's Construction of new countryside with potential lessons and experience.
