With the rapid development of economic, the communication between China and other countries is much deeper. Many foreigners come to China to travel, and want to know about the famous interest deeply, so they choose to learn Chinese. And more and more Chinese people travel abroad, the foreigners all over the world who use Chinese for the work of tourism in the rapidly increasing. Travel Chinese teaching is becoming a hot topic in teaching Chinese as a second language .Travel Chinese teaching as a branch of foreign language teaching has its own characteristics. Travel Chinese teaching materials are an important part of teaching. Therefore, the research on tourism and travel in Chinese teaching materials are not only necessary but also very meaningful.This paper selects the travel and tourism, Chinese language teaching materials as the goal of research. Use interview and inductive method to analyze the needs of teaching Chinese language on tourism. The statistical analysis method is used to analyze two textbooks on the selected frame in the content, text content, communicative situation, the design of cultural projects and exercises, etc. Thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter of the thesis introduces the research background and significance, and makes a theory abstract of domestic tourism to Chinese language teaching.The second chapter describes the theoretical basis and research papers overall program.The third chapter in the guidance of ESP theory analyzes teaching Chinese for tourism demand, on this basis, a clear teaching of Chinese objects of tourism, teaching contents and teaching goals are confirmed. To invest Chinese domestic tourism study materials at this stage, and to observe the form of four characteristics from the number of textbooks, writing style, writing ideas, teaching materials.Chapter Four selects two primary tourism representative Oral Chinese Textbooks - "Travel in Chinese Express"(Peaking University Press) and "Travel in Chinese" (Beijing Language University Press) as the research object, from the framework of teaching materials, text content, communication scenarios , the design of cultural projects and other aspects of their practice to do a brief analysis, and for the preparation of the problem, make constructive changes to the program, to make it more effective for teaching.Chapter V makes a number of teaching ideas on the construction of a new Chinese for Tourism. The conclusion of the article reiterated the problems that need attention in the Chinese Teaching Materials in the tourism, the innovation of this paper, the inadequacies and the future direction. |
