| Purpose:Through the yuan soup decoction and free of spleen decoction mice weightloading swimming and M Φ phagocytosis function of comparative study,comparing the two kinds of the outcomes of dosage form, this paperdiscusses the different forms of traditional Chinese medicine to adjustto the influence of the drug, for Chinese medicine forms of the improvedto provide the evidence, improve Chinese medicine clinical treatmenteffect.Methods:Select the kunming mouse strains, for seven days take life filling liquid1ml/rhubarb Fried time/day, to mice weight decreased obviously,appetite minus defecate rare, yellow colour, make model success. Thenrandomly divided into one group of mice, avoid decoction group andcontrol group three groups and each big group of the other points weightloading swimming and M Φ phagocytosis function testing two groups, andthe only male10. One group and avoid decoction of mice with the yuanrespectively soup (by astragalus, ginseng, cinnamon, roasted liquoricewith10:10:3:5proportion water decoction and made from decoction, crudecontent is2.24g/ml)1ml/time filling the stomach, the control groupgive1ml distilled water. In the irrigation medicine3,6,9days inmice are weight loading swimming and M Φ phagocytosis function testingexperiment.Result:The yuan soup with one group from Fried group are higher than those ofthe control group numerical, three days in two of the data of the experiments and control group are significantly different. In6,9daytwo of the experimental results, one group of experimental resultsrelatively free of decoction is DiZengXing group changes, two sets ofdata are significantly different.Conclusion:The yuan soup decoction of decoction is free to ex plore the effect ofmore significant. The experimental result suggest clinical treatment,according to the needs of the patients had a drug and choose formulations,for having thick flavour of the article, the traditional one is fromdecoction curative effect more significant. |
