Pneumonia soup is an experience,initially used to treat pediatric pneumonia,modern clinical application shows that pneumonia soup to each people cough,pneumonia and other respiratory disease and senile chronic sore throat have remarkable curative effect.From different pharmacy to buy medicine,this paper from the water frying process optimization,antibacterial effect,oxidation,fingerprint set,photosensitivity experimental extracts from five aspects of pneumonia soup decoction of the quality of stability were studied.The main research results are as follows:1.Orthogonal test was carried out by extracting the four factors of soaking time before frying,material/liquid ratio,frying time and frying times.Get pneumonia fluids and the best process conditions for: 75 min before decoction soaking time,and solid-liquid ratio 1:15,decoction time 60 min,decocting times 3 times,ten times dosage,repeat 3 times,determine the best process conditions obtain rate stability,can achieve 18% above the average.2.Through water decoction extract on staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,yeast,MIC value of establishing the model of BF pneumonia soup decoction extract on staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,yeast growth of BF,the MIC concentration under different extraction technology of water extract on staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,yeast inhibition rate were stable at more than 70%,the decoction extract under gradient dilution of all three species present a gradient suppression,has quantity and effect of the stable trend,including optimizing decoction process after the water decoction extract best inhibition effect of three kinds of bacteria.3.By high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),refer to the "Chinese pharmacopoeia" combined with pneumonia soup efficacy,set at the beginning of the main ingredients for: rhubarb,forsythia,liquorice,bitter almond,mulberry,with its main ingredient emodin,forsythia glycosides,glycyrrhizic acid,laetrile,mulberry glycosides as reference,A selected six pharmacies of pneumonia soup decoction extract determination,determine the 19 major characteristic peak,make the fingerprint.4.The antioxidation effects of single component of pneumonitis decoction and water decoction extracts,scavenging hydroxyl free radical and scavenging superoxide free radical were analyzed.Data analysis showed that both the single component and the water extract had antioxidant capacity.Results show that pneumonia soup decoction extract also stable antioxidant capacity,mother liquor resilience OD values were higher than 0.85,hydroxyl free radical clearance rate steady at around 65%,superoxide radical scavenging ability were higher than 20%,oxidation resistance and the water extract from the concentration-response relationship,including agricultural optimization of soup decoction condition acquired pneumonia decoction extract antioxidant capacity is higher than other conditions.5.Through the SD rat model,light toxicity test,through to fill the stomach,the pneumonia soup decoction extract injection of SD rats,hair removal,UVA and UVB ultraviolet light,12,24,48,72 hours,establish light poison skin irritation score,to determine the pneumonia soup different pharmacies are not have optical activity of poison.
