| Sub-health is a transition state between health and illness ,which is characterized by fatigue easily as well as lack of vigour reaction ability and adaptabilit,but can't diagnosised to disease.The category of sub-health contains body sub-health ,psychological sub-health, sentiment sub-health, thought sub-health and behavior sub-health.Appearance of body sub-health like powerless, low sleep quality, intellectual work ability decrease,organism functional disorder.There is no unify standard of diagnosing. To diagnose usually depends on clinical symptom and measuring scale.The pathogenesy is still uncertain, which related to social psychic factor, neuroendocrine, environmental agent, genetic factor, immunological disfunction and locomotor system disfunction.The therapy include life guidance,psychotherapy and symptomatic treatment. But the curative effect usually barely satisfactory .There is no such word as"sub-health"in traditional Chinese medicine, but the symptoms of sub-health is similar to"weibing"in the theory of TCM.Treatment of"weibing"could be a new approach of treating sub-health. Professor lifeng on the basis of classic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,deem the key mechanism of sub-health as"liver depression spleen deficiency". and the Baoyua apozem is made on principle of soothing liver and tonifying kidney .This prescription applicated on clinical for many years ,prove that it improves the patients'fatigue powerless,sleepless significantly. The first experimentation evaluation the curative effect of Baoyua apozem through collecting and analyze the improvement of sub-health patients receiving the therapy. While we explore and make sure the composition of Baoyua apozem,we found some problem: fleeceflower root is fit for our prescription,but it contains anthraquinone that will lead to melanosis coli.So we have not use this herb finally.The second experimentation was to find the relationship between melanosis coli and anthraquinone adjusting AQPS. To conclude that anthraquinone may adjusting AQP3,which can Induce cell of colon epidermis apoptosis.EXP1:To observe effect of Baoyuan prescription in treating sub-health,which is made on principle of soothing liver and tonifying kidney.Method:Collecting 90 cases of sub-health patients diagnosised by our out-patient clinic doctor.Devide them into three groups that each one has 30 people.Group one treat them with Baoyuan prescription and living guidance for 2 weeks. Group two treat them with American ginseng and living guidance.group three treat them with only living guidance.Evaluat the curative effect through clinical symptom and measuring scales of FS-14 and PSQI.Results: 26 of 30 cases are effective,which has a higher ratio than other groups. Different scores of FS-14 and PSQI after therapy show statistical significance between three groups.Conclusion:Baoyuan prescription is effective for the sub-health patients.It can recover people's power, resist fatigue, improve sleep quality,lessen body indisposition, adjust emotion.So it can be used for military.Some of the mechanism of action of baoyuan prescription can be known through pharmacologyEXP2:To observe the adjustment of AQP3 from MC patients who have used rhubarb. Method:Collect 14 MC patients from xijing hospital.The MC group was takem colon tissue from colonoscope. The control group 14 patients was selected from surgery, chosen normal distal conlon tissue.All collections are neutral formalin fixationed and paraffin imbeded. Dewaxinged and hydrationed,then make them immunohistochemistry dyeing.We use the blue DAB developer because the yellow developer is similar to the colorant deposite of MC.So we use the blue DAB developer and Nuclear fast red afterstain to contrast enhancement.Result: Expression of AQP3 of The MC group is lower than the control group.conclusion: Rhubarb can down regulation AQP3 of distal conlon.This process may enhance apoptosis of colon epithelium,then the apoptotic bodys are englobemented by mononuclear macrophage,and finally form deposit of lipofuscin. |
