Purpose: Observation of shao fu zhu yu decoction add-minus in the treatment of clinicalcurative effect of Cold coagulation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrheal.Method: Choose in January2011to January2012in changchun university of traditionalChinese medicine hospital gynecological clinic,Meet the criteria for the30cases of primaryprimary dysmenorrhea patients,In clinical practice on nature found Cold coagulation andblood stasis type in the majority.Dominated by Shaofu zhuyu decoction add-minus withsyndrome of addition and subtraction,from WangQingRen qing Dynasty,For the treatment ofthree menstrual cycles,observation curative effect,more before and after treatment with painand symptoms.Result: Observe30regular patients,recovery10examples,recovery rate33.33%; Displayimitate12examples,obvious efficiency40%; Effective6examples,have efficiency20.0%;puts ineffective2examples,no efficiency6.67%.The total effective rate of93.33%. Thetreatment effect is remarkable. Description shao fu zhu yu decoction add-minus in thetreatment of primary dysmenorrhea with positive clinical effect.Conclusion: This study is intended to observe Shao fu zhu yu decoction add-minus inthe treatment of primary dysmenorrhea effect,with temperature as for dispelling cold,stasispain can effectively mitigate pain,improve the clinical curative symptoms and the signs of thepatients,improving clinical efficacy,reduce the side effects of analgesic for the treatment ofthis disease.
