Dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological diseases,each upon the line or around the menstrual abdominal pain,may be accompanied by see lowback pain,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and other symptoms,severe cases,syncope may occur. It can be divided into primary dysmenorrhea(PD)and secondary dysmenorrhea.PD is also called functional dysmenorrheal,refers to the non-reproductive tract lesions organic dysmenorrhea,more common in adolescent females,it is one of the most common gynecological diseases, the incidence rate of 30% to 50%. The secondary dysmenorrhea refers to organic pelvic diseases,such as endometriosis,uterine fibroids,or pelvic inflammatory disease caused by,such more commonin women of child-bearing.Modern medicine pathogenesis of this disease has not yet fully understood, the main view and prostaglandin synthesis and release of abnormalities, endometrial and blood levels of prostaglandin PGF2αincreased is the decisive factor in causing dysmenorrhea. In addition, abnormal uterine contractions, IL, psychological factors, individual pain threshold and genetic factors and the occurrence of this disease have a certain relationship. Chinese medicine believes that disease location in the womb, Chong Ren, although various causes, but the actual situation summed up in nothing more than the second side, "not the General pain" or "Wing is pain" as the main pathogenesis.Attack because of its cyclical characteristics of female patients to cause a lot of mental burden, a considerable proportion of patients, because of pain unbearable affect the normal work and life, thus improving the treatment of dysmenorrhea on the health of women, improve the efficiency of learning and work, life quality of great significance. Modern medical treatment of this disease is still mainly spasm pain, although the rapid onset, but its role in short-term, side effects, so patients with poor compliance. With the deepening of Chinese medicine, the treatment of this disease has also made new progress, because TCM Differential Treatment of unique characteristics of dysmenorrhea therapy not only makes the rapid onset of symptoms, and the radical anti-relapse study of Chinese medicine treatment of the disease confirmed The total effective rate above 90%, and no obvious side effects of long-term application, to obtain better effect. This paper mainly Chinese and Western primary dysmenorrhea research is reviewed, and to evaluate the efficacy of using Shaofuzhuyu decoction to treat with cold coagulation blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: 30 patients met the inclusion criteria Cold Coagulation Blood stasis type of dysmenorrhea were treated with Shaofuzhuyu Decoction, 5 days before the start by taking 2 times a day, even for 7 days for a course of treatment once a 3 treatment. Results: The clinical observation, total effective rate was 93.33%. Conclusion: Treating Shaofuzhuyu primary dysmenorrhea is effective, no side effects and cost, is worthy of promotion.
