Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction For The Treatment Of Uterine Adenomyosis Of Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Dysmenorrhea Clinical Research

Objective:Through clinical research, observation of ancient TCM Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction for the treatment of uterine adenomyosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea clinical efficacy, to explore its mechanism, for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of adenomyosis studies provide clinical basis.Methord:Select outpatients diagnosed with cold coagulation and blood stasis in patients with adenomyosis of the uterus in45cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in the treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine decoction Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,15cases in the control group to dysmenorrhea granule (Shu month) treatment. Taking3natural menstrual cycle for a course of treatment; two groups were compared before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs, the degree of dysmenorrhea relief, as well as uterine adenomyoma tumor size change.Results:The treatment group and the control group can be improved in patients with syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, the total effective rate of treatment group:93.33%, the total effective rate in control group:66.67%, through statistical analysis, there were significant differences (P<0.05), the effect of the treatment group is superior to control group. The treatment group and the control group can improve patient comprehensive curative effect, the total effective rate of treatment group:90%, the total effective rate in control group:60%, through statistical analysis, there were significant differences (P<0.05), the effect of the treatment group is superior to control group. The treatment group and the control group can be reduced in patients with dysmenorrhea symptom score, two groups after the treatment difference significant difference (P<0.05), prompt treatment group was superior to control group in improving the symptoms of dysmenorrhea. The treatment group and the control group can be reduced in patients with TCM syndrome integral, the difference before and after treatment in two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group of TCM syndromes. Group therapy can reduce the uterine size, group had significant difference (P<0.05), the control group had no significant effect, within group comparisons showed no significant difference (P>0.05), the difference before and after treatment in two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group in the reduction of the uterine volume has better effect than the control group. The treatment group and the control group can reduce the gland size, but within group comparisons showed no significant difference (P>0.05) before and after treatment in two groups, the difference was no significant difference (P>0.05). Two groups of patients during treatment showed no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusions:Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction clinically for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis. This research through the old Fang Xin, treating different diseases with the same method, in order to Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea adenomyosis, found this method can obviously improve the patients with dysmenorrhea symptoms and clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine, can also be reduced in patients with uterine volume. According to pharmacological research and clinical observations, display Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction to improve blood circulation, spasmolysis antiinflammation analgesia effect.
