Objective: Through the application of Clinical pathway about planned caesarean section in the diagnosis and treatment, analyzing the impact on the quality of medical care, quality of care, rational use of antibiotics, both length of stay, hospital costs, patient knowledge and health awareness, satisfaction, and variation in the clinical pathway, finding out the questions and providing reasonable suggestions. Methods:Retrospectively analyzing the planned cesarean section of the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province in May2010-May2011with randomized controlled clinical trial research. Among them, the clinical pathway management of cesarean section (experimental group)78cases, randomly selected non-clinical path management of cesarean section (control group)78cases, the experimental group and control group in the source, age, educational level, etc. match, the application of general descriptive statistics, chi-square test, t test and rank sum test and other data processing, evaluation of clinical path implementation results, and analyze the implementation process variation factors. Results:In this study, the experimental group and control group, the total hospital days, postoperative hospital stay, hospital cost comparison shows that non-antimicrobial drugs, the experimental group than the control group (P<0.05); other costs (including treatment charges, bed charges, oxygen, etc.), the experimental group and control group, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); experimental group and control group, maternal use of antimicrobial drugs to prevent the number of days more (P<0.001), a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); two groups of mothers to prevent postoperative infection alone and between the two antibiotics together, the results show: x2=16.028, P<0.001, two groups can be considered to prevent postoperative infection associated with maternal antibiotics constitute a statistically significant difference in the control group associated with two antibiotics mainly in the experimental group to the main antibiotics alone; health education awareness before discharge between the two groups has statistically significant (P <0.05) the experimental group was higher awareness of health education; the quality of care, medical service, compliance behavior and satisfaction with discharge to guide evaluation of knowledge between the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05); surgery duration, the Intraoperative blood, no statistically significant difference between postoperative complications (P>0.05); for clinical pathway variance analysis, a negative variation rate of11.04%,69.7%control of the mutation rate. Conclusion:The implementation of clinical pathways is conducive to planned cesarean section, continuous improvement of quality of care, effectively reducing the average length of stay single disease, and promote the rational use of antibiotics to improve patient health knowledge and awareness, patient satisfaction, the hospital scientific and rational modification, a comprehensive plan to provide the basis of clinical pathway cesarean section, it also can bring a better social benefits for the hospital...
