The Correlative Analysis Between Tcm Constitution Types Of Metabolic Syndrome-hyperglycemia And Assist Diagnostic Technique Of TDS Detector

This article summarized the concept and pathogenesis of hyperglycemia in modern medicine, studied the attribution, etiology and pathogenesis of hyperglycemia in TCM, and gave more detailed description of the concept of constitution, mechanism and classification in clinical application in TCM; and also clarified the principle and application of the TDS detector. Clinical epidemiology method was used in the investigation of metabolic imbalanced hyperglycemic by TDS meridian detector in order to study meridian electric energy and constitutional type in metabolic imbalanced hyperglycemic.This study found that constitution of yang asthenia, yin asthenia, qi asthenia, qi stagnation, and phlegm dampness were in majority in metabolic imbalanced hyperglycemic, the above types were the main types of constitution of hyperglycemic, and these types were more susceptible to develop metabolic imbalanced hyperglycemic. Different gender groups had different distribution of constitutional type. The number of constitution of yin asthenia and phlegm dampness were significantly higher in women than men, it showed gender had a certain impact in constitutional types.This study found that different characteristics of different constitutional types by TDS detection:the TDS value in heart and liver meridian of constitution of yang asthenia had significant difference compared with constitution of yin-yang harmony; the value of lung, stomach and liver meridian of constitution of qi asthenia was different compared with constitution of yin-yang harmony; the TDS values of the bladder, stomach and liver meridian of constitution of yin asthenia had significant difference compared with constitution of yin-yang harmony; significant differences between kidney, pericardium, and large intestine meridian of constitution of phlegm dampness and constitution of yin-yang harmony; significant differences between spleen, bladder meridian of constitution of qi stagnation and constitution of yin-yang harmony; and obvious difference between small intestine, heart and bladder meridian of constitution of blood stasis and constitution of yin-yang harmony, and there were also significant differences in the TDS value between spleen, bladder,stomach and liver meridian of constitution of phlegm dampness and constitution of yin-yang harmony.Meridian theory and related Zangfu organs theory were applied in the testing, by comparison and statistical analysis between the constitution types of metabolic imbalanced hyperglycemia and the meridian testing results from TDS detector, the correlation between the energy of yuan source acupoints of12meridians and the changes of the corresponding organs were clarified in this article. This study had positive and meaningful exploration in TCM diagnostic methods and means, which can help us to advance understanding of their own health status and ignore disease, and play an important role in disease diagnosis, treatment and physical recuperation.
