Application Of "the Constitutional Food-adjusting Theory"in Nurse Of Sub-health

Objective:Applying the principle of "Providing Food According to the Different Constitution" in "the Constitutional Food-adjusting Theory", this study performs the dietary intervention to the sub-health people with qi deficiency, and also observes the symptoms of sub-health before and after intervention, the clinical syndrome of TCM and the improvement of life quality. Popularizing the result of this study can help more and more sub-health people to master the methods and knowledge of "the Constitutional Food-adjusting Theory". Those people should purposefully choose the food that applies to your constitution in the diet in order to promote the health, build up the resistance and prevent illness.Method:Choosing the common sub-health people with qi deficiency as the subject investigated and adopting the method of clinical randomized controlled trial, the study puts90participants who satisfy the diagnostic and selection criteria into control group and trial group at random,45in each group and1losing in each gruop. Each group will receive the dietary intervention after sub-health guidance. The control group are provided food according to the different constitution on the basis of "the Diet Manual of the Sub-health People with Qi Deficiency", while the trial group are provided regular diet. After three-month experiment, we assess the effects according to the Assessment of Sub-health, TCM Syndrome Scale and SF-36. Then the investigatores analyze the data with SPSS20.0.Result:1. Baseline data The results showed two groups had no statistically difference (p>0.05)in gender, age, work years, education level, Sub-health condition score, TCM Syndrome score and the SF-36score. The analyses of the two groups are comparable. 2. The comparison with themselves of the two groups before intervention and after intervention:the difference of the Sub-health condition score, the TCM Syndrome score and the SF-36score have statistically significance(p<0.05). It means that both of the two interventions have effect in improving the sub-health condition.3. The comparison of the effects after the interventions of the two groups:the difference of the Sub-health condition score, the TCM Syndrome score and the SF-36score have statistically significance(p<0.05). The effective rate in the assessment of sub-health condition of trial group (68.18%) is higher than control group(31.82%). The effective rate in TCM Syndrome Scale of trial group (79.55%) is higher than control group(22.73%). It means that the curative effect of trial group is better than control group.4. There is no adverse event both trial group and control group.Conelusion:1. The principle of "Providing Food According to the Different Constitution" in "the Constitutional Food-adjusting Theory" can relieve the sub-health symptoms more effectively, better the condition of constitution and improve the life quality of sub-health people.2."The Constitutional Food-adjusting Theory", which provides theoretic guide for sub-health people in the diet and improves the life quality and health of those people accordingly, meets the need of people’s ideas about health care that they value natural healing sciences, preventive treatment of disease and prevention first. It has practical significance for the prevention of sub-health and chronic disease.
