Clinical Study On Improving Insulin Resistance Of Type 2 Diabetes By Huanglian Jiangtang Tablet

Objective:The research of the clinical observation“Huanglian Jiangtang Tablet” is about treating insulin resistance in clinical efficacy and safety,exploring its mechanism,safety and the role of medical interventions for insulin resistance,providing a new mentality and a method for TCM Intervention in insulin resistance.Methods: This topic randomly selected from kaifeng hospital endocrinology clinic diagnostic criteria,according with insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes by TCM phlegm heat exchange standard of 66 cases of T2 DM patients,investigate the clinical efficacy of "Huanglian Jiangtang Tablet" improving insulin resistance.And observed the treatment before and after the clinical symptoms,blood glucose,postprandial 2H plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin(hemoglobin Glycoseylated,Hb A1c),insulin(insulin I)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)Homeostasis model assessment-Insulin resistance,bile cholesterol,serum total cholesterol,TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(high density of SR-BI and HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LLow of density of SR-BI and LDL-C)before and after the treatment changes,in order to provide a scientific basis for clinical medication.Results: 1.TCM symptoms effectively was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Two groups after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral are reduced,in the same group compared before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),group comparison between the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);3.Both groups can reduce FPG,2 h BG,Hb A1 C,within the same group compared before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05);FPG,2 HBG compare between group after treatment,the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in Hb A1 C between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.Two groups after treatment of FINS、HOMA-IR are reduced,in the same group compared before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),group comparison between the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);5.Both groups can decrease TC,TG,LDL-C and the treatment group can increase HDL-C,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.During treatment,blood-urine-stool routine,liver and kidney function have no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion: “Huanglian Jiangtang Tablet” in patients with symptoms and signs can play a good role in improving,can reduce blood glucose,reduce insulin resistance,but also can effectively regulate the disorder of lipid metabolism.A preliminary determination of the effect of glucose on insulin resistance may be related to the improvement of insulin resistance.
