Clinical Abservation On Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Shenju Jiangtang Yin

In this paper, the knowledge and the development on the diabetes mellitus of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western Medicine (WM) are all discussed. Though the western medicine can control the blood glucose effectively, it can' t treat the complications of the diabetes mellitus. And the side effects of the western medicine are serious. On the contrary, the traditional Chinese medicine can both control the blood glucose and also treat the complications of the diabetes mellitus. And its side effects are trifling. By the clinic research on the treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with Shenju Jiangtang Yin, we can draw such conclusions: first, the most important factor in the T2DM is Qi-Yin Deficiency, blood-phlegm stasis in TCM. The second, while the blood glucose is raising, the blood lipids and the blood viscosity are all changed. The third, Shenju Jiangtang Yin has the function of supplementing the Qiand nourishing Yin, Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, so it can decrease the blood glucose, lipids and viscosity and relieve the clinical symptoms. The forth, the total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than the control group. The fifth, there is no bad case and accident related to the Shenju Jiangtang Yin was found during the experiment. So the Shenju Jiangtang Yin is safe to use.
