Purpose:To investigate well-being and the related factors of breast cancer patients.Methodology:To investigate and analyze 102 women breast cancer patients from First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang, Tangshan People's Hospital, Aviation General Hospital by means of questionnaire survey with the self-compiled questionnaire of general conditions, the "Comprehensive Happiness Questionnaire" (MHQ), "self-esteem questionnaire" (SES), "Social Support Rating Scale" (SSRS).Results:①The well-being index of 102 women breast cancer patients which is less than 4 points, the median score of the well-being index, occupies 39.2%, and the index more than 4 points occupies 30.4%.②The difference in education level and operation time for the patient has obvious effect on the positive aspect of emotion in well being (p<0.05).③The diverse in income levels, payments and living environment leads to big difference on the negative aspect of emotion in well being (p<0.05).④Patients from different locations may have different on the satisfactory of live of well-being (p<0.01). Differences in income levels and operation time also have effect on the satisfactory of live of well-being (p<0.05).⑤For the positive emotions of subjective happiness, the breast cancer patients have lower scores than those of the healthy people. While on the scores for the negative emotions, the patients have higher store (lower is better). On the satisfactory of life aspect of subjective happiness, no significant difference is found between the patients and ordinary people. But difference is obvious on the emotion aspect of subjective happiness, both positive and negative.⑥The occupation before illness, operation time, self-esteem, subjective support, support utilization come into the regression equation of life satisfaction dimension of subjective well-being; operation time into the regression equation of the emotional dimension of subjective well-being; age, self-esteem, and support utilization into the regression equation of negative emotional dimension of subjective well-being.
