English Artical: The Clinical Analysis Of Bacterial Liver Abscess With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

0bjectives : To summarize the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of bacterial liver abscess with type 2 diabetes mellitus, in order to elevate the level of diagnosis an d treatment.Methods: The clinical data of 25 cases of bacterial liver abscess with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed in this study.Result : Bacterial liver abscess with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus often occurred in middle-age and old-age patients, and in more male than female,common to see a single abscess cavity, locating in the right lobe, cholecystitis and cholelithiasis are the major factors of the disease, untypical clinical manifestation, the mail symptoms include fever ,mostly anemia and hypoproteinemia exist. In purulence bacteria culture, most of the time pneumonia and coliform could be detected, ultrasound is the priority for diagnosis and CT is very important method in the diagnosis , all of the 25 cases recovered after treatment,comprehensive treatment could acquaire high effectivity.Conclusions : The key of treatment for bacterial liver abscess with diabetes mellitus include early diagnosis,controlling blood glucose,reasonable application of antibiotics,enhancing nutritional support and individuation treatment about vomica.
