Objective:Observation of children 3-7 years of traditional treatment of amblyopia treatment and recovery of the new.Method:Into the eye clinic in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 197 patients with hyperopic amblyopic children, the establishment of the control group and study group. Conventional treatment control group, were divided into≥3 years<5 years,≥5 years<7 years; hyperopic amblyopic children optometry, retinoscopy, glasses, occlusion therapy, fine eyesight training; New research group therapy, age≥3 years of age were divided into<5 years,≥5 years<7 years; hyperopic amblyopic children in addition to conventional treatment, but also addition of comprehensive treatment for amblyopia treatment (including light brush treatment, as after treatment flashing red light therapy, etc.).Results:Study group after treatment, visual acuity, near stereoacuity, compared with the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05); Visual acuity before and after treatment according to age, nearly three-dimensional vision, scope and integration of qualitative comparison for the group were statistically significant (P<0.05); Fusion after treatment according to age range and qualitative comparison between groups was not statistically different (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Hyperopic amblyopia therapy on children of new vision and near stereoacuity improved significantly; hyperopic amblyopic children younger the better treatment. New treatment group according to age range and qualitative integration before and after treatment were significantly improved; Conventional treatment and new treatment groups after treatment, the scope and integration of no significant qualitative improvement.
