Objective: To explore the effect of TCM Syndromes on the treatment of children with Hyperopia Amblyopia,and to observe the effect of the treatment of children with Hyperopia Amblyopia from the perspective of traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods: Collect eye clinic in Jilin Province Maternal and Child Health Hospital of 3-12 years old patients with hyperopic amblyopia 96 eyes of 180 cases,which were 46 boys,50 girls,using the method of TCM syndromes in patients with data,clinical data were collected.The patients with hyperopic amblyopia were divided into deficiency group48 and weak spleen and stomach deficiency treatment before the inspection group48.The visual acuity and record the two groups at the same time,the comprehensive treatment of amblyopia and the same treatment,after treatment,re examination of visual acuity were recorded.Results: After two groups of amblyopia treatment all can improve eyesight,but under the same comprehensive amblyopia treatment,the spleen and stomach weak treatment group total effective rate was 96.81%,insufficiency treatment group total effective rate was 90.70%,spleen insufficiency is obviously better than the treatment effect of group.Conclusion: The weakness of the spleen and stomach group in the treatment of hyperopic amblyopia,amblyopia treatment under the same comprehensive effect is significantly better than the lack of endowment group.Through this conclusion,using the method of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,TCM syndrome type,which can be made of clinical treatment of hyperopic amblyopia for individualized treatment of children,so as to shorten the course of treatment.To improve the cure rate.To provide a basis for the theory of accumulation of TCM Syndromes on the treatment effect of the disease and clinical promotion.
