(2) mediation planning:giving the medicine the previous day of operation and consecutive 10 days by intramscular injection. (3) We drew blood from every rabit on the previous day of operation and the first day, the fourth day, the seventh day, the fourteenth day, twenty first day and twenty eighth day of after skin transplantation and separated the serum then tested the IL-17 cytokine family with ELISA.Result:1. the IL-17A result shows:the serum IL-17A increases obviously after skin transplantation with statistical difference (p<0.05) compared with thich before operation and reaches the peak concentration on the fourteenth day then decreases gradually in all groups; the IL-17A concentration has statistical difference between the normal saline group and other groups; the IL-17A concentration of rhIL-10 high dose group is lower than chat of rhIL-10 low dose group with statistical difference (p<0.05); the IL-17A concentration of joint group is lower than chat of the rhIL-10 low dose group and CsA low dose group with statistical difference (p<0.05); the IL-17A concentration of the rhIL-10 low dose group is higher than chat of CsA low dose group with statistical difference (p<0.05) but there is no statistical difference (p>0.05) between the rhIL-10 high dose group and CsA high dose on first day, there is no statistical difference (p>0.05) of the IL-17A concentration between the rhIL-10 low dose group and CsA low dose group, rhIL-10 high dose group and CsA high dose group on other days after skin transplantation.2. the IL-27 result shows:the serum IL-27 increases obviously after skin transplantation with statistical difference (p<0.05) compared with thich before operation and reaches the peak concentration on the fourteenth day then decreases gradually in all groups; the IL-27 concentration of the normal saline group is obviously higher than chat of other groups with statistical difference (p<0.05); the IL-27 concentration of rhIL-10 high dose group is lower than chat of rhIL-10 low dose group with statistical difference (p<0.05); the IL-27 concentration of joint group is lower than chat of the rhIL-10 low dose group and CsA low dose group with statistical difference (p<0.05); the IL-27 concentration of the rhIL-10 low dose group is higher than chat of CsA low dose group on first, fourth, seventh day with statistical difference (p<0.05) but there is no statistical difference on the other days (p>0.05); there is no statistical difference of the IL-27 concentration between the rhIL-10 high dose group and CsA high dose group on all days.3. The IL-25 result shows:the serum IL-25 concentration increases obviously after skin transplantion with statistical diference (p<0.05) compared with thich before skin transplantation in all groups; the serum IL-25 reaches the peak concentration on the fourth day in the normal saline group while other groups on the fourteenth day then gradually decreases. the IL-25 concentration of normal saline group is higher on the first day and lower on the fourth day than chat of other groups but has no statistical difference (p>0.05); on the other days the IL-25 concentration of the normal saline group is lower than chat of other groups with statistical difference (p<0.05). there is no statistical difference (p>0.05) between the groups except normal saline group.4. The IL-17F result shows:the serum IL-17F increases obviously after skin transplantation with statistical difference (p<0.05) compared with which before operation and reaches the peak concentration on the fourteenth day then gradually decreases in all groups; The IL-17F concentration of the normal saline group is obviously higher than chat of other groups with statistical difference (p<0.05); the IL-17F concentration of rhIL-10 high dose group is lower than chat of rhIL-10 low dose group with statistical difference (p<0.05); the IL-17F concentration of joint group is lower than chat of the rhIL-10 low dose group and CsA low dose group with statistical difference (p<0.5); the IL-17F concentration of the rhIL-10 low dose group is higher than chat of CsA low dose group on the first day with statistical difference (p<0.05) and it is the same between the rhIL-10 high dose group and CsA high concentration; there is no statistical difference (p>0.05) of the IL-17F concentration between the rhIL-10 low dose group and CsA low dose group, rhIL-10 high dose group and CsA high dose group on the other days after skin transplantation.Conclusion:The IL-17 cytokine family increases obviously after skin transplantation, it means that IL-17 cytokine family may participate the transplantation rejection by means of generous secretiing which can mediate the transplantation inflammation reaction and promote the secretion of inflammation cytokines; The concentration change of IL-17 cytokine family can be taken as index for monitoring and diagnosing the transplantation rejection.
