Backgrounds:Perimenopausal syndrome refers to the series of physical and psychological symptoms, mainly for fertility and sexual activity decline, lesser menopause and finally to stop menopause, sexual organ atrophy and aging. For symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome, hormone replacement therapy is still be dominated in the clinic in modern medicine, but this treatment has produced the side effects on patients. Acupuncture treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, which has a exact and lasting effects reducing the side effects, is receiving a general concern However, through all the clinical reports, We found that most clinicians now are using the organs dialectical theory to guide acupuncture treatment rather than using the meridian dialectical theory。Professor Wang's meridian adjustment method is based on the meridian theory, and we can find the abnormal meridians through meridian examination method then Identify the meridians, choose the meridians, select the acupoints to adjust the abnormal meridians. Large sample experimental research on the meridian adjustment method has not been reported yet. Objectives:Observation the difference between the ways of selecting acupuncture point under the guidance of the meridian adjustment method and the ordinary points selecting method. Methods:Among the 45 patients with perimenopausal syndrome at the Huguosi TCM hospital,30 patients are randomly are assigned to the treatment group, another 15 patients to the control group. Divided with the treatment group by the professor Wang's meridian adjustment method and with the control group by the ordinary acupuncture points selection method. The patients of the both groups are treated respectively 2 times a week, and evaluate the efficacy of the two groups after 8 weeks of continuous treatment. Results:Scores compared before and after treatment:group comparison:the two groups after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased scores (P<0.05) improved in both groups of patients that the overall symptom score; group comparison:Comparison of two score difference before and after treatment tips:P= 0.893> 0.05, indicating that the treatment group and control group in improving the scores of the patients no significant difference. FSH compared before and after treatment:FSH in the treatment group after treatment than before treatment drops (P< 0.05), indicating that the treatment group can reduce the patient's FSH; The control group:P=0.597> 0.05,indicating that the control group cannot reduce patients's FSH. Comparison between the two groups:P=0.843> 0.05,indicating that the treatment group compared with the control group for reducing the FSH has no significant difference。LH compared before and after treatment:LH in the treatment group after treatment than before treatment drops (P< 0.05), indicating that the treatment group can reduce patient's LH; The control group:P=0.973> 0.05,indicating that the control group cannot reduce patients's LH。Comparison between the two groups:P=0.803> 0.05,indicating that the treatment group compared with the control group for reducing the LH has no significant difference。E2 compared before and after treatment:The comparison between the treatment group and the control group own before-and-after and between groups after treatment has no obvious changes in E2 level(P>0.05)。Conclusion:Wang Ju Yi's meridian adjustment method can influence the symptom scores of the patients with perimenopausal syndrome。It can reduce the level of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) and there is a rising trend in estradiol (E2)。...
