1 Objective:Parkinson' s disease (PD) is one of degenerative diseases of the central nervous system in the aged-population. The outbreak rate is placed in the second in neurodegenerative diseases which just follows the Alzheimer' s disease. The mainly symptoms of PD involved rest tremor, bradykinesia, hypermyotonia, pose instability, Voluntary movement reduce, dysequilibrium. The ancient literatures of TCM did not point out the name of PD, but it could be classified to the shaking syndrome, convulsion, liver wind, and so on. As for the cause of PD and outbreak mechanism are still not quite clarity. The modern medicine deem that the lesions are mainly in substantia nigra of midbrain and corpus striatum. The pathologic feature is Selective degeneration of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra. Leading to loss of dopamine in the striatum. lost balance and lead to a series of clinical symptom. Parkinson's disease(PD)is universally regarded as a difficult medical problem, there was much progress in the traditional Chinese medicine therapy curing the PD. Acupuncture and moxibustion as a kind of safe method was more used in clinical, and it was obtained the affirmative curative effect. At present, There are many methods of treatment for Parkinson' s disease by acupuncture in clinical, the efficacy of each treatment is not the same and there is currently no consensus on which therapeutic schedule. By analysing the clinical literatures in the past 30 years, we summarized references about the treatment of PD by acupuncture and hope this could direct clinical work better.2 Methods:By using retrieval method of keywords with subheadings, we got a total of 93 documents related to the treatment for PD by acupuncture in Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) in the past 30 years, which including Chinese journal full-text database (CJFD), Chinese Ph.D. dissertation full-text database (CDFD), Chinese excellent master degree dissertation full-text database(CMFD) and Chinese important conference papers full-text database (CPFD). Producing a classification in accordance with the principle of choosing acupuncture point, there are 56 documents about disease differentiation which be used for the treatment,26 documents about syndrome differentiation which be used for the treatment and 11 cases. Considering there may be omitted some literatures, we repeated retrieved the literatures and the results are the same. Statistical analysis of acupuncture point, clinical classification and curative effect which in those literatures, we hope to summarize the most common references for treatment of Parkinson's disease by acupuncture and moxibustion in clinical.3 Results:By analysing the clinical literatures in the past 30 years, we summarized references as follows about the treatment for PD by acupuncture. (1) Scalp acupuncture:Dance tremor control area, Motor area.(2) prescription of disease differentiation:Hegu, Taichong, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Baihui,Fengchi,Yanglingquan,Taixi,Fenglong, Shenshu,(3) prescription of syndrome differentiation:The main acupuncture point:Taichong, Hegu, Baihui, Fengchi, Yanglingquan, Quchi, Taixi, Zusanli, Sishencong, Dazhui.Clinical typing and the homologous acupuncture point:①Kidney and liver insufficiency:Sanyinjiao,Shenshu, Ganshu, Fuliu, Waiguan.②Qi and blood deficiency syndrome:Qihai, Sanyinjiao, Xuehai, Guanyuan, Neiguan.③Phlegm—heat induced wind:Fenglong, Yinlingquan, Zhongwan, Diji.④Blood stasis induced wind:Xuehai, Sanyinjiao, Waiguan, Zulinqi. Qihai.⑤Yin-yang deficiency:Sanyinjiao, Shenshu, Qihai, Yinlingquan. 4 Conclusion:Parkinson's disease(PD) is one of degenerative disease of the central nervous system, scalp acupuncture in the process of treating Parkinson' s disease plays an important role. Using acupuncture treatment at the same time, still need to western medicine as the foundation treatment. At present a very common problem is the lack of unified Parkinson's disease diagnosis criteria and efficacy standards in the clinical. So the clinical therapeutic outcome do not have a direct comparison. Beyond all doubt, treatment of Parkinson's disease by acupuncture is effective. Acupuncture point in the References not only is the result of the summary of TCM clinical experience, but also is the result of a combination of "syndrome differentiation" and "disease differentiation". Hope this could direct clinical work better.
