60 Cases Of Parkinson's Disease Were Treated With Eye Acupuncture Combined With Scalp Acupuncture

Purpose:Parkinson's disease(PD)is a long-term slowly progressive disease common in the nervous system of the elderly Degenerative disease is one of the most common disorders of movement in the world.With the increase of population aging,the prevalence of PD has increased year by year in recent years.Because the pathogenesis of PD is complex and related to environmental and genetic factors,there is no optimal way to prevent or cure PD.In this paper,we use eye acupuncture therapy and head acupuncture therapy to treat PD,and observe the curative effect,so as to provide more reference for the future clinical acupuncture treatment of PD.Material and method:Selected from the inpatient and outpatient department of Brain K2 Department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine in 2018 from March,2019 to August,2019,60 patients with Parkinson's disease were randomly divided into two groups: scalp acupuncture group(scalp acupuncture and western medicine),eye acupuncture group(eye acupuncture and scalp acupuncture and western medicine),30 cases in each group.The scalp acupuncture group was the control group,which was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with Madopar,and the bilateral head dancing tremor area and movement area were needled.The needles were kept for 20 minutes after each needling,once a day.The eye acupuncture and head acupuncture group was the test group,which was treated with eye acupuncture and head acupuncture combined with Madopar.The points in the eye acupuncture area were selected from the bilateral liver area,kidney area and spleen area,and the needles were retained for 20 minutes after each acupuncture,once a day.The acupoints in scalp area were the same as those in scalp group.Two groups were treated with 4 weeks as a course.After 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect was compared and observed with the methods of Wechsler Parkinson's disease assessment,Berg Balance Scale and modified Ashworth spasticity rating scale.All data were processed by spss23.0.Chi square test is used for classified counting data,and mean±standard deviation(`x±s)is used for measuring data;rank sum test is used for grade data.Results: 1.By the rank sum test,there was significant difference between the two groups in Webster score after treatment(P<0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy index of Webster scale by the rank sum test(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the test group was 60.00%,and that of the control group was 33.33%,the curative effect of the test group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.By the rank sum test,there was a significant difference between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups before and after the treatment was significant(P<0.05),and the effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.3.By rank sum test,there was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05);the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: 1.Eye acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture has a certain effect in the treatment of PD motor symptoms.For PD motor symptoms such as tremors.Compared with the control group,tremor,sitting and standing disorder,gait and upper limb movement were better.2.Eye acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture is more effective than scalp acupuncture in the treatment of balance disorder.Show the advantages of eye acupuncture in regulating PD balance and coordinating action.3.Eye acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture is effective in regulating the muscle tension of PD patients.The experimental group has obvious advantages in improving the myotonia of PD patients.Eye acupuncture combined with head acupuncture combined with western medicine has a high clinical effect in the treatment of PD.It is better than head acupuncture combined with westemn medicine in improving Parkinson's syndrome,such as tremor,posture,balance disorders,muscle tension.
