Background: Parkinson disease(PD),which is more common in the elderly and middle-aged,is clinically manifested as symptoms of resting tremor, muscle rigidity, bradykinesia, and autonomic dysfunction, which seriously affects the normal social life of patients. At present, with regard to the treatment of PD,western medicine is represented by levodopa drugs, which can improve symptoms to a certain extent, but cannot delay the progress of the disease or have side effects to varying degrees. In recent years, the continuous development of rehabilitation therapy has been actively used to help improve the symptoms of PD.Studies have shown that rehabilitation training can improve exercise capacity, muscle strength, improve walking posture and other issues, and improve patient self-care ability and quality of life by improving motor function.Traditional Chinese medicine recognizes PD as "tremor syndrome",and often uses dialectical treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion.Numerous related studies have shown that acupuncture can improve motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms.Professor Han Jingxian used the "Sanjiao acupuncture " as a basic formula, combined with acupuncture of the head tremor area and dialectical acupoints to treat PD patients.Early clinical observations have found that this treatment method is effective in improving patients' tremor, stiffness, and cognitive sleep disorders. It can be seen that increasing rehabilitation training and acupuncture treatment on the basis of taking western medicine can enhance the efficacy. However,it is still unclear whether there is a difference in the therapeutic effect between the two,and the advantage of improving symptoms. Therefore, this study was launched to investigate whether there is a difference in efficacy between the two and their respective advantages. Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of "Three-Jiao Acupuncture" as the basis for the treatment of PD,and the advantages of acupuncture treatment compared with rehabilitation training for disease improvement. Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, and exclusion criteria,30 patients with western medicine plus acupuncture were included in the acupuncture group, and 30 patients with western medicine plus rehabilitation training were included in the rehabilitation group.International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society-Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(MDS-UPDRS),the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MOCA),the Parkinson's Disease Sleep Scale(PDSS),the constipation severity assessment(CSI)and Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire-39 item are used before and after treatment toevaluate the efficacy.Calculatea the curative effect score. Before and after treatment, data comparison and statistical analysis were performed within and between groups. Results: 1.A total of 58 patients were included in this experiment, including 30 in the acupuncture group and 28 in the rehabilitation group. The gender, age, and disease status(based on HOEHN & YAHR classification)of the two groups were analyzed without statistical differences(p > 0.05),suggesting that the two groups are comparable.2.Before treatment, there were no significant differences in MDS-UPDRS,MOCA,PDQ-39,PDSS,and CSI scores between the two groups(p> 0.05).3.After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the efficacy index between the two groups(p>0.05);4.After treatment, the MDS-UPDRS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before, and there was a statistical difference in the changes within the group(p<0.05)There was no statistically significant difference between the groups(p>0.05).5.After treatment, the Mo CA score of patients in the rehabilitation group increased compared with before, and there was no statistically significant difference in the group(p>0.05).The Mo CA score of patients in the acupuncture group increased compared with the previous, and there was a statistical difference in the changes in the group(p<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(p>0.05).6.After treatment, the PDQ-39 scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before. The changes in the groups were statistically significant(p<0.05),and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).7.After treatment, there was no statistically significant change in the PDSS score of patients in the rehabilitation group(p>0.05);the score of patients in the acupuncture group increased compared with before, and the changes within the group were statistically significant(p<0.05);the differences between the groups were statistically significant Academic significance(p<0.05).8.After treatment, there was no statistically significant change in the CSI scores of patients in the rehabilitation group(p>0.05);the scores of patients in the acupuncture group were lower than before, and the changes in the groups were statistically significant(p<0.05);the differences between the groups were statistically significant Academic significance(p<0.05).Conclusions: 1.The treatment basing on Sanjiao acupuncture and rehabilitation training as auxiliary methods have obvious effects in improving the overall symptoms of Parkinson's disease and improving the quality of patients' daily life.2.The treatment basing on Sanjiao acupuncture has certain advantages in improving the cognitive, sleep disorders and constipation symptoms of patients with Parkinson's disease.
