Parkinson disease (PD) also named as paralysis agitans, is a common degenerative disease of central nervous system in middle-aged and elderly people. With the natural aging of the population, the number of the patients is increasing year by year. Although there are many treatments for it, the main method is L-dopa substitutive therapy. This therapy is an essential and effective method for PD , but it can not delay the course of PD. Moreover, with the extension of the medicine time and the enlargement of dosage, the effect of L-dopa would decline gradually and its Side-effect is more and more severe. Therefore, the treatment of PD has become an important subject in the area of neurology at home and abroad. The effective rate of group C was 93. 5%, markedly effective rate was 61. 3%, compared with the other two groups, (P<0. 05).2.
