| Objective:To observe the Zini shugan guchangfang treatment of solid-intestine of chronic diarrhea clinical efficacy, safety, and both theory and clinical systems to explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism.Method:1. The efficacy before and after treatment were observed and safety of observation (blood, urine, feces three conventional, stool culture, liver and kidney function, ECG).3. The overall effect of the two groups before and after treatment, symptom total score, the symptom scores were compared.4. Statistical analysis:Data applications SPSS17.0 statistical software to analyze data using Ridit level test, x2 test with count data, measurement data with the t test.Results:1.8 weeks after treatment statistics:the treatment group 28 cases,8 cases were clinically cured,16 cases were markedly effective,2 cases,2 cases, the total efficiency of 92.86%; control group,28 patients were clinically cured in 4 cases,4 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,6 cases, total effective rate 78.57%. The clinical cure rate in treatment, was effective, efficient, with a total effective rate higher (P<0.05), with statistical significance.2. treatment group and control group in the total score of symptoms before treatment was no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable.3. in the treatment group and control group total score of symptoms before treatment was no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable; total score of symptoms after treatment in both groups were statistically significant (P<0.01), that the treatment group and control Group therapy can improve clinical symptoms; the treatment group, improvement of symptoms total score was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).4. in the treatment group and control group the symptom score before treatment was no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable; the symptom score after treatment in both groups were statistically significant (P<0.05), that treatment group and control group therapy can play a therapeutic role; treatment group diarrhea, abdominal pain, swelling Xiong Xie nausea, belching, anorexia, depression anger significantly better than the control group on (P<0.05), in the belly thunder, vector gas frequently, limb weakness was no significant difference on the effect (P> 0.05). |
