Clinical Study Jianpihuashitang Diarrhea Spleen Heat Treated Chronic Functional Diarrhea

Objective:to study the spleen and the wet antidiarrheal soup clinical curative effect for the treatment of chronic functional diarrhea syndrome pixu (spleen deficient).Methods:80patients with diagnosed with chronic functional diarrhea, western medicine of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of pixu (spleen deficient) syndrome of diarrhea patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group40cases with spleen wet antidiarrheal soup,2weeks for a course; Control group40cases with western medicine bowel method (method group pharmaceutical factory production method)2(0.35g per grain, including hebephrenic bifidobacterium viable050million),1,2, oryzanol30mg (tianjin Pacific pharmaceutical co., LTD., approved by H12020296),1,3,20mg of vitamin B1,1,3,, secret of (drug from heilongjiang and huaxing pharmaceutical group co., LTD., approved by H20093617),1,3,3g orally,2weeks is1treatment course, after the treatment based on symptoms improve the integral, and carries on the comparison to groups of clinical curative effect analysis.Results:1. The treatment group the recent clinical efficacy of80.0%,70.0%in the control group, comparing the two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05). Treatment group long-term clinical curative effect was80.0%, the control group67.5%, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P<0.01).2. The treatment group in the near future curative effect of TCM syndrome80.0%, control group70.0%, comparing the two groups have no significant difference (P>0.05). The long-term curative effect of TCM syndrome80.0%treatment group, control group60.0%, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group is better than that of control group in terms of TCM syndrome integral improvement.Conclusion:spleen wet antidiarrheal soup and western medicine group can improve the symptoms of chronic functional diarrhea in patients with syndrome pixu (spleen deficient). TCM symptoms curative effect in the near future and the forward curative effect, the overall effect to improve the spleen wet antidiarrheal soup is better than western medicine group. Illustrate the spleen, wet antidiarrheal decoction in the treatment of patients with syndrome of chronic functional diarrhea pixu (spleen deficient) does have certain curative effect.
