Stroke is common and frequently-occurring disease in the elderly.Due to charac- teristics of Stroke disease which is a high incidence, high morbidity, high mortality, low cure rate disease. In China,there are about 200 million new issues of stroke every year,and deaths due to stroke patients up to about 150 million people. More than 75% of survivors left with different degrees of disability, resulting inheavy burden of the family and society and affecting severely the national quality and harmonious development of society. In response to these characteristics and serious impact of stroke, this paper mainly discusses prevention and emergency service system for stroke patients.Researches include requirements and business analysis of prevention and emerg- ency services system for stroke patients,propose the overall architecture of the system.We use prevention and emergency services platform supporting the business processes and implement prevention and emergency application services system for stroke patients.In order to meet QoS requirements of prevention and emergency services, services analysis and optimization methods based on dynamic QoS is proposed.For non-functional requirements of prevention and emergency services system, we discuss problems about QoS analyze of the services, propose the method of QoS analysis of preventive and emergency services for stroke patients.It uses Model validation techniques to analyze the reliability,performance and response time of prevention and emergency services. we create services system model, and use standard language to describe the QoS requirements. We propose QoS analysis algorithm, analyze and verif the algorithm by simulating data.Research on service selection based on dynamic QoS analysis, we propose prevention and emergency services selection algorithm based on dynamic QoS optimization. Accord to the results of services, we evaluate prevention and emergency services QoS by the utility function, and select the best services. Simulate specific prevention and emergency services to verify the algorithm, and analyze the time complexity, efficiency and scalability of algorithms.Accordjing to selection algorithm based dynamic QoS analysis prevention and emergency services for stroke patients, using prevention and emergency services platform, design and implemente of prevention and emergency services systems for stroke patients. Analyze requirements and business process of prevention and emergency services system, we give the detailed structure of prevention and emergency services system for stroke patients,Identify services and finally realize of prevention and emergency services system for stroke patients. To improve prevention and emergency services system performance ,we propoes the optimization method of resource combination.
