The Analysis Of It’s Promotion On The Model Innovation Of Medical Services

In the process of our country’s health system reform, we have seen the gradualimprovement of the medical care system, the emergence of various health caremodels. Those bring the convenience of the patient visits. Meanwhile, with thedeepening of digital hospital development, medical services and medical efficiencyhas been greatly improved as well. However, because of the unbalanced allocation ofmedical resources, medical information cannot be shared equally, the issue thatpeople generally concerned about the “expensive and difficult to get medicaltreatment” is still outstanding. This paper studies this problem from the perspectiveof medical services using digital information technology to explore how theinformation technology stimulate innovation awareness and promote medicalservices model development to establish large regional medical services platform toease the difficulties when people use our current medical care system.This paper analyzes the country under a new round of medical and healthsystem situation, the hospital trust, two-way referral health care status quo mode. Itpoints out that the use of information technology to achieve information sharing, toimprove service levels of medical services mode. It also summarizes the current research status in medical information sharing/exchange technology field both athome and abroad. Our proposed at this stage is that the promotion of healthinformation technology should be combined with the direction of the most urgentneeds, and should start from the areas with better infrastructure to build regionalmedical information systems. In addition, based on the point of the view ofinteraction and coordination between society and techniques, it analyzes the impactof the introduction of information technology for health care model, and reveals thatthe effectiveness implementation of information technology is affected by the funds,users, organizations, policies and regulations, and other social factors, thereby thedevelopment of regional medical digital platform project is a complex social-technical engineering. This paper uses existing projects as example to analyze thenew model of health care services how they promote regional appointments, referrals,information sharing, the development of telemedicine medical services, public healthsupervision, and how they improve the level of medical services.This paper argues that Information Technology in itself and the coordinateddevelopment of the process of social interaction can trigger innovation in health caremodel. Establishing a government-led, people-oriented digital platform allowsregional medical services within the regional health information exchange andsharing platform to collaborate among them and together, enhance the level andquality of regional medical services. China’s reform of medical and health systemhas entered a critical stage and a deep water zone, currently we are facing the thingslike, imperfection of the policies, lack of funds and other unfavorable environment,to ease and final settle the masses of “expensive and difficult to get medicaltreatment”, in the short span of time, it is the most effective way that developinginformation technology digitized regional medical platform to solve the problem ofthe inadequate and imbalanced issues of health resources and configuration.
