Research On The Questions And Countermeasures Of Special Medical Services In A Hospital

Since the beginning of the 1980s, with the gradual establishment of a socialist market economy and the hospital reform deepening, to meet the people's living standards, economic level, improved health service needs and the different levels of medical needs in society, a new medical service, special medical services have appeared across the country. After 20 years of development, the special medical service has become an important component of health care services system in China, brought good economic and social benefits to both the supply and demand sides in market economy. For the huge market demand, A hospital with the advantage of its medical personnel, equipment, geography and credibility both bear the arduous task of basic medical care, but also carries great historical mission of special medical development. From 2009, since the launch of special medical services, A hospital has made some achievements, but there are many problems restricting special medical services for further development.This study is about problem analysis and development counter-measures for special medical services in-A hospital. The paper summarized the special medical services development in A hospital, through research and in-depth analysis of the medical needs of patients and satisfaction services, and changes of the health care reform policy in China, summed up the changes of A hospital in special medical service. Meanwhile, on the base of special medical service experience from scholars at home and abroad, we propose corresponding solutions and hope to give reference and reference in the future development of the hospital A in special medical services. Meanwhile, the study hopes to make learning and reference to continue the development of the special medical services in public hospitals like A hospital.
