Medical services related to the livelihood of the people as a direct impact on the industry of the people's health and quality of life. National's health helps to reduce poverty, improve social equity, and promote economic growth. Reform and opening up three decades have seen significant social and economic development, people's living standard has greatly improved the level of medical services has significantly increased, the overall health of citizens is also increased every year. But at this stage of medical and health services there are also many problems. If there is a serious medical and health services, the inequitable distribution of health care costs rose too fast and so on. So we can not ignore the field of health care services "for medical care, medical treatment is difficult" issue. In this paper, analysis methods of Western economics, by analyzing the characteristics of the medical service market economics analysis of the actual situation in our country the medical service market in China. Because people on their health status and disease are not able to predict and treat disease can not get health means to obtain it through the ordinary needs of professional and technical knowledge to get, this is fundamentally determines the medical service market has a lot different from the general sense of market characteristics. As health care is different from other consumer that the consumer demands for their services by ignorance. Because the disease is uncertain, so consumers can not predict the occurrence of disease, less likely to grasp the changes in health status of breeding. And health care professional and highly technical, which fundamentally determines that not all consumers can clearly understand their needs, so consumers themselves are not able to purchase health care services make reasonable judgments. This is the health care market information asymmetry. This information asymmetry between doctors and patients can easily lead to "induced demand." Agent in the physician-patient relationship that the doctor just to make the disease for patients with treatment programs to determine and select an agent, he himself also is to provide treatment services for suppliers. Health care providers can use their own agents of both patients and providers of medical services in patients with consumption of the dual identity of induced case of symmetric information the consumer will not happen to reap more benefits. Plus there is a strong health care sector, technical barriers, which makes health care market itself has a strong monopoly. The externalities are an important feature of the medical services market is one. As the field of health care services such market failures exist, and thus the need for government intervention. In China, during the transition from a planned economy to a market economy, which our society has brought great-impact on the economy, health care market is no exception. As China's deepening of market-oriented economy, the hospital facilities and equipment needed, medicines, materials, prices gradually by the market, which resulted in material costs increased. China is now the majority of health care institutions are non-profit medical services, medical services, but in the process of market reform, medical services not fully aware of the nature of public goods, making the health care market embarked on a blind market. The rapid growth of medical costs in a test of the people all the time, especially in low-income people bears the psychological bottom line. Medical insurance system is not perfect, but also triggered fears. This paper is divided into five parts.
