Express And Meaning Of Serum NGF And Neuritin Level In Cerebral Trauma Affiliating Bone Fracture The Patients

Objective:To observe the levels of Neuritin and NGF in plasma of thecerebral Trauma patients,cerebral Trauma affiliating bone fracture the patients,bone fracture the patients and normal people explore the relativity of NGF,Neuritin and fracture healing, searching for the key factor during fracture healing.Methods:Sixty patients who underwent traumatic brain injury combined fracture were subjected to the brain injury and fracture group:eighty patients who underwent traumatic brain injury were subjected to the brain injury only group, eighty patients who underwent fracture were subjected to the fracture only group; twenty people in the control group have none illness from the health examination department of the hospital in the morning.We Select by all samples which test object for 3 days,10 days,2 weeks after the injury, to apply the contents of the NGF and the Neuritin in the measurement specimen of the ELISA technique. The statistical software SPSS17.0 was used to process all datas.Quantitative data were expressed as(x±s).P<0.05 values of were deemed clearly meaning.Results:After the injury of all the groups,the level of serum NGF and neuritin sharply heat up at different degree.It is all higher than the normal group in the each segments of time. It is highest in cerebral trauma affiliating bone fracture the patients. Serum NGF level of cerebral trauma affiliating bone fracture patients is 0.86±0.21 in the third day,1.47±0.29 in the tenth day and 2.07±0.21 in the fourteenth day.Serum neuritin content at the 3rd day (83.47±18.85)slightly has already go up after harm, go up (108.50±31.65)for 10 days obviously, and go up (91.86±21.12)for after 2 weeks. These differences all has obvious meaning at statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The serum NGF and Neuritin level in the patients of cerebral trauma and bone fracture is higher than normal people. Serum Neuritin and NGF content of Cerebral trauma affiliating bone fracture of patients is highest.2. The clinical findings revealed that the express of serum NGF and Neuritin level in cerebral Trauma affiliating bone fracture the patients and bone fracture patients in the 14 day after injury were obviously higher than serum of themselves in the 3andl0 after injury.It suggests that NGF and Neuritin are increase agelongly.NGF and Neuritin have close relativity with fracture healing.
