Objctive To analyze the relationship between the concentration of IGF-Ⅱand fracture healing after cerebral trauma through mensurating the concentration IGF-Ⅱin the group of fracture associated with cerebral trauma and contrasting with the group of pure cerebral trauma,pure fracture and health adult。To hope to provide theoretical foundation for the treatment of fracture。Method Fifty-two patients were divided into four groups,each group was thirteen cases,including pure fracture,pure cerebral trauma,fracture associated with cerebral trauma and health adult。Age between twenty and seventy years,average forty-two years。The criterion of pure fracture is fracture of long tubular bone in the extremities。The criterion of cerebral trauma is coma,headache,vomit and symptom continue more than three days。Venous bleed of the panients were adopted at 1,3,7,14 days after injury and were freed thirty minutes in room temperature and were centrifuged to get the serums and were preserved under the temperature of -20℃。Experimentation were operated rigorously following explaination of case of IGF-Ⅱ。Concentration of IGF-Ⅱin all sample were counted and draw conclusion through statistical analysis。Results In the third day IGF-Ⅱincrease after injury in the group of pure cerebral trauma and pure fracture。It is twics times in the first week and gets to three times in the second week as much as normal。In the group of fracture associated with cerebral trauma IGF-Ⅱincreases obviously。It is twics times in the third day and gets to five times in the first week and gets to seven times in the second week as much as normal。In every period of time contrasted with the group of pure cerebral trauma or pure fracture it has statistical significance(p<0,05。Conclusion Concentration of IGF-Ⅱin the patient of fracture associated with cerebral trauma increases obviously。IGF-Ⅱmay able accelerate the process of fracture healing after cerebral trauma。...
