Objective:To investigate the relationship of low temperature,the immune and COPD.And the influence of patients that give immunity enhancement medicines before the temperature drops. While evaluation the value of induced sputum in the airway local immune.Methods:100 patients with COPD were recruited, and randomly divided into two groups,70 cases were based group,30 cases were immunity enhancement. The blood immunoglobulin(IgG, IgA, IgM), the CD3+,CD4+,CD8+, CD4+/CD8+in blood and induced sputum of the two groups were measured respectively at baseline and low temperature, and record the respiratory infection case during follow-up.Results:1. Based group in low temperature, the IgG, IgA in blood was decline. CD3+,CD8+was rising,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+is decline for both blood and induced sputum (P<0.05). CD3+,CD8+was rising,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ is decline for the induced sputum of immunity enhancement group (P<0.05), however the Immune index in blood without apparent change. The change of induced sputum immune that enhance immunity group compared with based group had no significant difference in the temperature changes (P>0.05)2. CD4+/CD8+ of induced sputum with respiratory disease have better correlation in both group, and their correlation better at low temperature (basic group were—0.661,—0.612, Immunity enhancement group were—0.901,—0.936).3. Two groups of patients in low temperature point, the statements of respiratory infections are increased (P<0.05); Before and after the temperature change,the change of two groups of patients respiratory infection conditions have obvious difference value (P < 0.05). Conclusions:The immunity of patients were decreased after the temperature drops. Immunity enhancement agent can intervene the influence that temperature drops to immune function,but based on insufficient for local immune of the airway. Induced sputum can better reflect the local immune of the airway.
