Objective The concentration of Chemokine Receptor 6(CCR6)was investigated in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) through the change of CCR6 in the induced sputum of patients with COPD.Methods CCR6 was analyzed with ELISA in the sputum collected from COPD Groups, Cigarette Smoke Groups and Control Groups. The correlation between CCR6 and FEV1% was analyzed in all subjects. Results CCR6 in the GOLDⅠ-Ⅳ(Ⅰ,9.70±04.93;Ⅱ,17.22±4.30;Ⅲ-Ⅳ, 23.58±2.96) of COPD Groups showed the upregulation, compared with CCR6 in Cigarette Smoke Groups (3.10±0.96) and Control Groups (2.04±0.09);There was negative correlation between CCR6 and FEV1%(r=-0.892, P<0.01)Conclusion. The significant upregulation of CCR6 in the patients with COPD and the negative correlation between CCR6 and FEV1% showed that CCR6was contributed to the inflammatory reaction of COPD.
