| Objective: In order to study Gan Zhirong granules on the wine caused by high fat diet rat model of alcoholic fatty liver content of lipid and lipoprotein effects of the treatment of liver fat soluble particles alcoholic fatty liver formation mechanism of treatment for clinical screening ALF provides effective drugs on the basis of good value and social benefits.Method: 1. 60 rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, control group, high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group, 10in each group. Normal group were given ordinary tap water feed to a normal diet for 4 weeks, while addition to the normal group, the other 5 were given 56°of liquor, and mixed feed once a day given to high-fat diet for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, abdominal aortic blood were measured triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein.Results: Gan Zhirong particles medicine to reduce liver fat soluble particles in serum of alcoholic fatty liver TG, TC, LDL, increased HDL, has a good alcoholic fatty liver in regulating the role of lipids.Conclusion: 1. By drinking high fat diet combined modeling method can be successfully prepared animal model of alcoholic fatty liver. 2. Determination of the indicators in this study showed: liver fat soluble particles alcoholic fatty liver in rats of a clear regulatory role of lipids and lipid than the control group the efficacy good. 3. Gan Zhirong particles have the value of further research and development. |
