Purpose: This experiment by measuring the experimental myocardialinfarction in rats SOD, NO and MDA content were observed Guan Xin of Ⅲ No.particles on myocardial infarction injury analysis mechanism and provide thebasis for the prevention and treatment of clinical incidence of myocardialinfarction.Method:120Wistar rats, divided into six groups according to the randomnumber table, sham operation group, model group, low Guanxin No. Ⅲ particlesin the high-dose group, macaroni network group.Gavage for14days after coronaryartery ligation of the left anterior descending artery myocardial infarctionmodel. Confirmed that the rat model of myocardial infarction replicationmeasured after the success of the value of SOD, NO and MDA; stained with nitroblue tetrazolium (NB-T), morphological image processing software to detectmyocardial infarct size.Result: Modeling treatment group Σ ST change significantly (p <0.05).Treatment group, the high-dose group, positive control group could significantlyreduce myocardial infarct size (p <0.05) in the high dose group, positive controlgroup could significantly increase nitric oxide (NO), reduced malondialdehyde(MDA)(p <0.05), poor efficacy of low-dose group. Treatment group, high dosegroup, positive control group superoxide dismutase (SOD) was significantlyincreased (p <0.05), poor efficacy of low-dose group.Conclusion: Guan Xin No. Ⅲ particles myocardial infarction ratcardiomyocytes better protective effect, which may be related to enhancedantioxidant capacity, inhibiting the formation of lipid peroxidation products,and reduce myocardial injury of oxygen free radicals and lipid overoxidationproducts, improve myocardial ischemia in rats ECG, reduced myocardial infarctsize, and reduce the extent of myocardial tissue damage to the protective effectson myocardial ischemia. Experimental basis for the clinical application of thedrug.
