The Clinical Observation Of Rukuaixiao Granules In Treating Cyclomastopathy (Stagnation Of Liver-Qi Syndrome And Qi-Blood Stasis)

Objective:to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety usage of rukuaixiao granules in treating cyclomastopathy (stagnation of liver-Qi syndrome and Qi-blood stasis), to provide basis for extending the deadline of rukuaixiao granules as National Protected variety of Chinese Traditional Medicine.Methods:the patients with cyclomastophy (n=40) were chosen and divided randomly into tow groups, one is the treatment group (n=30) treated with rukuaixiao granules:take 1bag rukuaixiao granules and 5 rupixiao pills placebo/times,3/day, oral, and the other one is control group (n=10) treated with the rupikang pills:take 1 bag rukuaixiao granules placebo and 5 rupikang pills/times,3/day, oral. Two groups of patients treated with 4 weeks for a period of treatment:treatment and statistical line.Results:(1)The comparision of clinical effecaty of cyclomastophy:the total effective rate of treatment group is 93.33%, better than the control group with the total effective rate 70%.(2) The comparisons of clinical syndrome and the TCM syndrome accumulative scores before and after the treatment:before and after the treatment of the treatment group of clinical syndrome and the TCM syndrome accumulative scores are significant difference(p<0.01), point out that the treatment group has highly effective on treating the disease of mammary.(3) The comparisons of clinical syndrome and the TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment:before and after the treatment of the treatment group of clinical syndrome and the TCM syndrome accumulative scores are significant difference(p<0.01), point out that the treatment group has highly effective on treating the disease of mammary and improve the clinical results.(4) The comparisons of the lenth-diameter of breast lumps of two groups: before and after the treatment of the treatment group are significant difference(p<0.01),indicated that the treatment had significant effective on treating cyclomastophy.Conclusion:(1) EffctivenessFrom the aspacts of effection on clinical syndrome, syndrome of TCM and the lenth-diameter of breast lumps in treating cyclomastophy, the treatment group of rukuaixiao granules is better than the control group of rupikang pills. By fallow-up visite the patients who cured and significant effected, the rukuaixiao granules has stable effect on cyclomastophy.(2) SafetinessAs result of researching the differences index of the vital signs of the patients, before and after, rukuaixiao granules has no side effects.
