Clinical Observation On The Effects Of Busui Shengxue Granules On Patients With Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Myelodysplastic syndrome ( MDS ) is malignant cloning disease from hemopoietic stem cell.There are some main signs such as anemia, hemorrhage and infection.The disease occurs mostly in oldage and incidence of the disease is increasing recently. The Objective of the thesis is to observe the clinical effect of BuSui ShengXue Granules.Fifty patients of MDS were divided into 2 groups,the 30 patients in the treated group were treated with BuSui ShengXue Granules and western medicines and the 20 patients in the control group were treated with western medicines .The therapeutic course for both groups was 3 months.Their complex curative effect, signs, changes of peripheral blood before and after treatment were observed.The results imply: 1.BuSui ShengXue Granules can clearly improve complex curative effect of the treated group. 2.BuSui ShengXue Granules has a better effect on improving blood cell in peripheral blood than the contol group ( P<0.05 ) . 3. BuSui ShengXue Granules has a obvious effect on improving clinical presentation than the control group (P<0.05) .By the clinical observation we can conclude that BuSui ShengXue Granules has a better effect of treatment improving clinical manifestation and side effect is fewer,so it is effective medicine for curing MDS.
