Objective:Aiming at the problem of hemiplegia patients whose the grip function are destroyed, Observed by EMG flexor and extensor alternation of functional electrical stimulation and electro-acupuncture of the grip function. Aimed to provide evidence for a more effective and clinical intervention.Methods:40 patients suffered from cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarct which according with standard were divided into 2 groups by random. The control group received acupuncture therapy. The treatment group received flexor and extensor alternation of functional electrical stimulation. Power-on time every 30 minutes once a day, were treated for 30 days. Identify the therapeutic effectiveness according to IEMG,Fugl-Meyer,Barthel ADL,CSS.Results:Firstly, the MAX and RMS of the affected side between the two groups have significant difference(P<0.01), and the treatment group is better than the control group. Secondly, The Fugl-Meyer Scale (the upper limbs) and Barthel ADL index scores are improved after the treatment between the two groups, and the treatment group is better than the control group. Thirdly, the CNFD (the upper limbs) scores have significant difference (P<0.01) and the treatment group is better than the control group, moreover, the total clinical curative rate was 90%, obviously higher than the control group. Conclusion:Firstly, flexor-extensor alternative method can improve contractility and apply work ability of the extensor digitorum, abductor pollicis longus, flexor digitorum profundus muscle and m. adductor pollicis in unit time., which improves the myodynamia of the flexor muscles and extensor muscles. Secondly, flexor-extensor alternative method can improve the motor function and activities of daily living of the upper limbs, and its effect is superior to the acupuncture, which is painless, noinvasive, safe and easy operation.
