Long-term rehabilitation needs to achieve the resume of motor dysfunction, in this prccess different factors which are unfavorable will impact on training process, thus affecting the recovery of motor function. The present study in the acute stage after stroke are more medication, rehabilitation usually less, and most patients and their families were not paid enough attention on rehabilitation, only some of the patients after hospital discharge for system rehabilitation, But this time from stroke has been relatively long time, it is difficult to achieve the best effect. Long-term rehabilitation are depengs on active exercise, and psychological factors in the active movement holds high proportion, in real life it is not completely eliminate negative psychological and these negative psychological will gradually weaken patients with active resistense of the initiative movement, and reduce the effect of rehabilitation training. When patients and their families found it impossible to achiived the desieed, they produced a more negative psychological, these creating a vicious cycle, causing a lot of complications, patients will increasingly severe depression, and even the formation of the emergence of suicide, particularly is more common in patients with hemiplegia. Stroke rehabilitation treatment should be aggressive combination therapy, the maximum possible recovery of function in patients, but conventional rehabilitation therapy largely depends on the patient's initiative, therefore difficult to ensure the best results. Objective:Through analysis the current of the electrical stimulation therapy for stroke basis research ang clinical datas in different time and environment data and the results obtained are summarized, cleared electrical stimulation therapy in the rehabilitation of motor function in stroke patients in recovery, understood the basic mechanism of action.,effected by various factors.,specific treatment and related advantages and disadvantages, can play as much as possible to achieve its maximum effect.Major role:There are now electrical stimulation and neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment of cerebral circulation device, which mainly uses neuromuscular electrical stimulation transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and functional electrical stimulation. Electrical stimulation therapy through the generation of a certain frequency, continuous, balanced biphasic asymmetric waveform, the general shape of a distorted square wave to improve peripheral blood circulation and reduce spastic hemiplegia muscle tension and force of stroke patients to active movement, acting on the central nervous system to pessimism, depression, irritability and other emotional reduced; on the community interest and participation in daily activities to increase and other aspects to facilitate the recovery of limb motor dysfunction. Conclusion:Comprehensive view of current research data, electrical stimulation, not only in acute stroke on the plasticity of motor function after stroke have a certain role in promoting and the earliest possible rehabilitation will produce better results, but this time patients are often not have enough muscular strength or other reason can not be active exercise, and mandatory exercise is to produce a certain effect, therefore, whether in acute or long-term recovery phase can force the movement to some extent avoid the negative psychological of Rehabilitation Training. The rehabilitation of electrical stimulation combined with conventional therapy have result and should be used with drug in early stage of participate in treatment, and its simple, easy to carry for a wider patients, should be used in the long-term rehabilitation training, but its application in China now are not as wider as abroad, so it should be more obvious attention.
