Object:This article observed the clinical effect of qingre lishi,huoluo huayu in treating early uric acid nephropathy.Methods:60 cases who accord with the enrolling standard were randomly divided into two group,the treatment group and the control group. Two groups both were 30cases.Basing on the sympotomatic tr- eatmen, the control group is treated by Allopurinol, the treatment group is treated by TCM decoction respectively for 2 months. The in- dexes including UA, urineβ2 -MG,24-hours urine protein, SCR, BUN, were measured before and after the treatment. The clinic symptoms were recorded and analyzed at the same time.Results:1 The total effective rate of the treatment group is 83.33%,and the control group is 66.67%, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).2 After treatment, in reducing the clinic symptoms integral, there are very significant difference in both groups (P< 0.01).By tested,the difference between two groups was obvious (P<0.01).3 After treatment, the two groups could reduce the level of UA obviously (P<0.01), while there is no difference between the two groups (P>0.05).4 After treatment, the treatment group could decrease urineP2-MG,24-hours urine protein, SCR, BUN markedly (P<0.01),but th- ere was no differences in the control group (P> 0.05).The difference in two groups was significant difference (P<0.01).ConclusionIt was shown that qingre lishi,huoluo huayu has good curative effect in treating early uric acid nephropathy disease patients.It could improve the clinical symptom.It also could reduce UA, urineβ2 -MG,24-hours urine protein, SCR, BUN,then improve and protect kidney function.It is safe in usage.
