Therapeutic Effect Of Bushen Lishi Huazhuo Therapy On Early Uric Acid Nephropathy

Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Lishi Huazhuo therapy on clinical symptoms and renal function in patients with early uric acid nephropathy;to explore the therapeutic mechanism of Bushen Lishi Huazhuo therapy;to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Yishen Huazhuo Decoction.Method:The cases were from the Department of Nephrology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to October 2018.60 patients with early uric acid nephropathy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases per group.The control group was given basic treatment plus benzbromarone,and the treatment group was given Yishen Huazhuo Decoction on the basis of the control group,the treatments both is 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,urinary NAG enzyme,blood uric acid,and blood creatinine and urea nitrogen were observed before and after treatment,and evaluation of treatment effects,statistical processing.Result:1.After the treatment,the effective rate of disease treatment was 82.75%in the treatment group and 64.28%in the control group;the effective rate of TCM syndrome was 93.10%in the treatment group and the control group was 67.86%.2.The difference of urinary NAG enzyme,blood uric acid and urea nitrogen between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was treated with serum creatinine before and after treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were no adverse reactions occurred before and after treatment in both groups.Conclusions:1.Bushen Lishi Huazhuo therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with early uric acid nephropathy and improve the efficiency.2.Bushen Lishi Huazhuo method can reduce the levels of urinary NAG enzyme,blood uric acid,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,etc.,and delay the progression of renal function,which may be related to the repair of renal tubules.3.In this test,Yishen Huazhuo Decoction did not cause adverse reactions,which was safe and reliable.
